George Clooney’s Mystery Lady Revealed

No one thought the world’s most eligible bachelor would stay single for long, so when George Clooney was snapped spending time with a beautiful brunette, it didn’t come as a big surprise.

But, up until today, the identity of the woman in red Clooney dined with at Berners Tavern in London last week was unknown. However, E! has now identified the lucky lady as British lawyer Amal Alamuddin. (A rep for Clooney did not respond to omg!’s request for confirmation.)

Alamuddin, with her long dark hair and exotic looks, is quite different from the “Gravity” star’s most recent ex, blond former pro-wrestler Stacey Kiebler, except for the model-esque physique obviously!

The previously unknown Brit, who attended Oxford University, isn’t afraid of the limelight. Alamuddin specializes in international law, human rights, extradition, and criminal law and is currently representing a very high-profile client: WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange in his fight against Sweden for extradition.

In fact, all of the barrister’s (the British word for lawyer) cases focus on international rights issues and she has frequently served as an adviser to the United Nations, offering guidance on Syria and terrorist attacks in Lebanon — topics that are sure to interest longtime political activist Clooney.

That’s not the only thing they have in common. Alamuddin was voted the most eligible barrister bachelorette in all of London in 2013, a title the two-time winner of People’s “Sexiest Man Alive” crown will surely appreciate.

With awards season just around the corner, and Clooney’s “Gravity” practically a shoo-in for nominations, Alamuddin may need to get ready for much more of the limelight. One thing’s for sure, she’s bound to have great cocktail party conversation!

Jessica Simpson's Daughter Maxwell Steals the Spotlight at Her Fashion Line Event

Who wants to give Maxwell a hug? Jessica Simpson's adorable nearly 11-month-old daughter completely stole the spotlight from her mom, who's expecting her second child, at a Jessica Simpson Girl's Collection event in Charlotte, N.C., on Saturday, March 23.

The pregnant Fashion Star mentor, 32, brought Maxwell with her to promote her fashion line with sister Ashlee Simpson at Southpark Mall. While Jessica and Ashlee were signing autographs for fans, Maxwell sat on the table and gave super cute poses for photographers. Last week, Jessica tweeted a photo of her baby girl with big pouty lips, writing, "Maxwell has her momma's pout down pat."

Jessica, who accidently let it slip in March that she and fiance Eric Johnson are expecting a baby boy, looked beautiful at the event in a maroon-colored dress and black blazer that accentuated her growing baby bump. The second-time mom-to-be posed with sister Ashlee, 28, who showed off her slim frame in a white printed dress.

Johnson also attended the event to help out his pregnant fiancee. "Jessica is in an amazing mood," a source told Us Weekly of the event. "Eric is very attentive, making sure that she feels fine . . . Ashlee is having fun, too. Ashlee is being great with the fans. They both are."

The Good Wife Recap: Shamrock Shake-Up

The Good Wife Recap: Shamrock Shake-Up
This Sunday’s episode of The Good Wife was ostensibly set at the white-tie Shamrock Dinner, where Peter hoped to cop a hug from Cardinal James (and embrace the 800,000 Catholic votes that come with it). And while two big “events” took place at the gala — a supreme overture and an “epic” blow to a nose — much of the action (including one sobering realization) took place at the Chicago PD, amid reveling, crooning figures.

Because no sooner had Alicia begun to get her drink on at the dinner — including giving Mike Kresteva a taste of her new “honesty” policy — than she got summoned by a detective (Smash‘s Will Chase), with news that a litigious longtime client of hers, Matthew Ashbaugh (Fringe‘s John Noble), had been shot dead in the head at point-blank range, on the street.

Did the victim have any enemies? “Many,” Alicia informs. While walking the fine of attorney/client privilege, Alicia flashes back to moments with Matthew, including their introduction (via Will), her begging for the client to fire her (“No, you’re not getting away that easy,” he countered), his explaining the rational for toting around a Jambox that plays Bach on a loop (to elude eavesdroppers)… and the time he forecast, “One day, you’ll be identifying my body in a morgue, and you’ll know that everything I said is true.”

Adding a grave wrinkle to the case: The detective reports that the shooter’s car has been found, and Alicia’s address had been programmed into his GPS. Alicia promptly calls home and has her mother Veronica take Zach and Grace to her hotel, though they never come close to making it there. Instead, Veronica and the kids make camp at a pub, where grandma inadvertently spills that Alicia was pregnant when she got married. Oops.

Amid the mess of her client’s brutal murder and managing her mom, Alicia also fields a request for advice from Laura, who’s angling to hook up with Will. “Does he know you and I are friends?” Alicia asks, before urging her gal pal to ask him out. Alicia then plays anti-Cupid by interrupting Kalinda’s cruising of a comely massage therapist with a call for help. (“Right now…?” Poor kid.) Meanwhile, Alicia’s memories of Matthew turn to one that threatened to throw cold water on one of her shteamy assignations with Will; she is noticeably flustered by the recall. Later, Will comes to the station to be at Alicia’s side, setting the stage for a needed heart-to-heart. “We’re keeping each other from moving on,” Alicia states. “I’m being selfish…. I’m back with Peter. And now this has to end.” “Can you just decide that?” Will counters. Alicia responds, “I can. I have to.”

After coaxing some intel (and a li’l hand-hold) from Cary, Kalinda in short order divines that the shooter’s car could not have been equipped with GPS (Um, he can’t buy an after-market TomTom…?), ergo Alicia was lied to, to keep her in the station. Kalinda also deduces that “dirty cop” Nozowitz was not the person behind Matthew’s killing; instead, it was a dog owner he had sued. “Have you ever met a dog lover?” K asks the incredulous detective.

Meanwhile at the Sharmrock Dinner….

Kresteva tries to turn Alicia’s business with the police into a “thing,” putting the bug in the cardinal’s ear that the Florrick son has a drug problem. (Peter’s opponent knows the lie cannot be struck down wholesale by Peter for fear of revealing his incident of intimidating the Madison County trooper who found shake in Zach’s car. Eli’s retort: “This will be a battle to the death.”) Later, Eli apprises Peter of the sordid sitch. “How do you battle a lie? With a bigger lie,” he tells Peter — who then follows Kresteva into the men’s room. There, the men have a brief exchange of taunts, until Peter pops Mike in the face, sending him to the floor. Peter’s drink crashes to the tile next, painting a comprising picture — aka a bigger lie. Somewhere in all of this, Peter and Eli found a quiet moment to invite Diane to submit herself for the Supreme Court seat vacated by the guy who died last week. “I am bowled over,” a visibly touched Diane responded. With just two-and-a-half hours to tender her decision — which would dictate her giving up her partnership — she confides in Will, suggesting he could just go with “Gardner & Associates.”

As the incredible, oft-moving hour drew to a close, Peter did not get The Hug — though neither did Kresteva (“We’re in uncharted territory!” Eli bleated to his candidate, wholly disinterested as he danced with his gorg’ wife.)… Alicia assured Grace that she wasn’t “a mistake,” saying through a breaking voice, “I loved you before you were born. And I love you even more now.” (“And Dad?” Grace asked. “I love him,” her mother confirmed)… and Alicia flashed back to a meeting with Matthew about the dog owner, where he observed of his litigious leanings, “Suing because I like being with you would make sense.” Oh, Walter — always the charmer.

Lindsay Lohan Parties at Two California Nightclubs Before Court-Ordered Rehab

Lindsay Lohan Parties at Two California Nightclubs Before Court-Ordered Rehab
Lindsay Lohan can't stay away from the California club scene. Less than a week after the Liz & Dick actress was sentenced to spend 90 days in a rehabilitation facility, the former child star was spotted partying at FLUXX in San Diego, Calif. on March 22.

Joined by a gal pal, Lohan was "drinking Ketel One vodka on the rocks and smoking Parliaments," a source tells Us Weekly. The Freaky Friday star wore a New York Yankees baseball hat with a hoodie over it and chatted up "Fire Burning" singer Sean Kingston, who was partying at a nearby table.

The following night, Lohan continued her partying parade when she hit up the private member's club 41 Ocean in Santa Monica, Calif., according to the U.K.'s Daily Mail. Wearing a tight black dress and an oversized sweater, the actress tried to shield her face from photographers when she left the venue.

Though it was reported that Lohan was partying the same night she accepted her plea bargain, the Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen star denied going out in a series of Twitter posts. "Guys relax, that was not me at A/V or in the Mr. Pink SUV. I'm taking this seriously and focused on the road ahead," she wrote March 19. "I stayed in last night, after a pretty long day, and ordered sushi to my hotel. Don't believe every little thing you hear unless you hear it from me. The support I have gotten has been great and means a lot."

When Lohan's legal team next appears in court May 2, they must provide a progress report on the actress' counseling and proof of enrollment in a residential treatment program. After successfully competing rehab, the star is also required to perform 30 days of community labor.

'The Biggest Loser' winner Danni Allen: 'I'm a size 4'

Danni Allen said she spent the last several months visualizing herself winning Season 14 of "The Biggest Loser." She imagined what it would feel like stepping on the scale for one last time. She imagined feeling the confetti raining down on her, signaling victory.

But she refused to envision what she'd do if she won the $250,000 grand prize in NBC's weight-loss competition. Why? She didn't want to jinx herself.

An exhausted Danni talked to the media Tuesday and said she has not decided how to spend the money, save one small splurge: She and Jeff, who were the only two guaranteed finalists going into Monday night's competition, made a pact that the winner would take the other one along on a vacation to reward all their hard work. And she plans to follow through on that promise.

"I'll probably take Francelina too," she said, referring to Jeff's girlfriend, another competitor on the ranch. Danni joked that she'd be the third wheel on such a trip but added: "Everybody is talking about how I'm single and hot, so, hey, maybe I'll find love on this trip too."

Danni had one of the most amazing transformations in "Biggest Loser" history, in part because of an unusual body composition that allowed her to put on at least 19 pounds of muscle at the ranch while simultaneously losing fat. The 26-year-old joined the cast weighing 258 pounds. She lost 121 pounds — or 46.90% of her body weight — over the course of the competition. And Danni walked — strutted, actually — into the finale looking like a sculpted fitness model.

She beat out Jeff by a mere pound, making for one of the closest weigh-ins in show history. But she said that was fitting.

Danni was a one-woman wrecking crew, demolishing challenge after challenge and weigh-in after weigh-in, even as all her white team teammates were eliminated one by one, until she was the last one standing alongside trainer Jillian Michaels. It was both a dream scenario and a nightmare — there would be no slacking off during Jillian's punishing workouts. But it also meant that Jillian could give Danni her undivided attention, driving her to victory.

"It was the best thing that could ever happen," she said of turning into a one-woman team. She said she showed up at the ranch suffering from a "disease to please." "When my team left, I had no one else to worry about but myself.

Here are other highlights from Danni's conversation with the media Tuesday:

—She said plans to continue setting fitness goals for herself. Next up? The Chicago Marathon in October.

—Danni was working two jobs to help pay off a mountain of student loan bills. She does not know whether she will return to those jobs. She is considering a changing to a career in nutrition and fitness.

—In addition to the "disease to please," Danni said she suffered a great deal of guilt because she was living a comfortable middle-class life when so many other people in the world were suffering. She said she finally had to channel those feelings into a desire to be "the best Danni" she could be, so she could help others. She said she had to come to believe that she was worthy of happiness. "The 'Why me?' turned into the 'Why not me?' "

—She believes her long-term success will be boosted by her whole family being on board with getting in shape and losing weight, her parents included. Her mom, for example, is taking boxing classes.

—Visualization exercises were key, in addition to diet and workouts. "Jillian told me, 'You can't have it if you can't see it." … It just kept me motivated me every single day."

—She said that one of the first things she did after returning home was to turn her apartment into a "safe zone" stripped of junk food.

—Danni said her new way of eating is not about starving herself. She even makes room in her diet for daily nibbles of dark chocolate. No junk food. "It's not about deprivation," she said. "It's about a new lifestyle and balancing everything. 'Balancing your nutrition,' that's the best thing I learned."

—That finale dress? It was a Halston Heritage. And it perfectly mirrored her personal theme song, Alicia Keys' "Girl On Fire." "That was my fire dress," Danni said. "I felt like I was on fire [Monday] night."

—She is making a shadow-box display of her jeans, showing the 20-plus-sized jeans she wore before arriving at the ranch, the size-10 jeans she wore midway through her journey, and now the size-4 jeans that slide on quite easily, thank you.

—Danni said that Pam was a key cheerleader along the weight-loss journey and will be a lifelong friend. When Pam left the ranch, she grabbed Danni by the shoulders and stared her in the eyes and told her that she could go the distance. After Danni won, Pam grabbed her and whispered in her ear: "I told you so." "I can't wait to continue our friendship," Danni said.

—There is one rumor Danni would like to clear up: She is not planning on doing a reality dating show, despite some on-lines stories suggesting so.

She said that there is nothing special about her results and hopes that others will be inspired by it: "If I can do it, you totally can do it."

'Biggest Loser' champ Danni Allen says Chicago marathon in the running

'Biggest Loser' champ Danni Allen says Chicago marathon in the running
The Wheeling woman won $250,000 on "The Biggest Loser" by an oh-so-thin margin of 1 pound during the live finale Monday of NBC's weight-loss show.

Allen, who grew up in Mundelein, said Tuesday that she plans to use some of those winnings to live up to a deal she cut with runner-up Jeff Nichols of Michigan.

"We promised each other we would reward the other one with a vacation," said Allen, adding that they'll likely be accompanied by Nichols' girlfriend, fellow season 14 contestant Francelina Morillo.

"I'll be the third wheel," Allen, 26, said with a laugh. "But everybody's talking about how I'm single and hot now, so maybe I'll find my man on this vacation, too."

In a show built around dramatic transformations, Allen's was particularly stunning. When filming began in the fall, she was at her all-time heaviest: 258 pounds. By the time she took the stage in Hollywood to step on the "Biggest Loser"
scale one last time, a beaming, tearful Allen was almost half that weight at 137 pounds.

"She worked harder than everyone the entire season," her proud coach Jillian Michaels said during the finale, where Allen sent jaws dropping to the floor when she walked out in a red Halston Heritage dress.

"My theme song was 'This Girl Is on Fire' and that was my fire dress," said Allen, who tried on at least 100 outfits before hitting pay dirt with the one-shoulder frock. "I felt like I was on fire that night."

Her boss at Lincolnshire's Viper Alley, where she's been a part-time bartender for about a year, couldn't believe what he saw while watching the finale with close to 100 others at a viewing party at the suburban club.

"She was like a supermodel," said general manager Jon Larson, who wouldn't be surprised if Allen's days of slinging cocktails are over. "If I won $250,000 I wouldn't bartend Friday nights either."

The architecture major's full-time job is advertising account coordinator for Camping World in Lincolnshire -- for now.

"I'm not sure if I'll continue," she said. "I do have a little extra cash under my belt. It's given me the opportunity to think beyond the desk. I've been given that gift of time to really evaluate my life and find new things for me to try."

Allen may not know how she's going to spend all of her winnings, but she knows how she wants to spend her time: training for this year's Chicago marathon.

"That's going to be my first fitness goal after 'Biggest Loser,'" said the former Mundelein High School varsity athlete, who was on the soccer team and went on to play water polo at Clemson University in South Carolina. More recently, you could find her running, swimming and taking spin classes at Lifetime Fitness in Vernon Hills, where she first started working out during a December break in filming.

"We were the only ones in the gym on Christmas Day," fitness instructor Kim Moody said. "She was the perfect client from Day 1. She just has a sense of fire and energy."

Allen, who's making a shadow box to showcase her old jeans (size 20) and her new ones (size 4), worked especially hard to stay in shape after filming wrapped in mid-January.

"One of my biggest fears was putting the weight back on," Allen said. She turned her Wheeling apartment into a "safe zone," purging it of ice cream, potato chips and "stuff I knew I couldn't resist if I had a weak moment."

While she won't deprive herself of a daily nibble of dark chocolate, she's eating more Brussels sprouts, cauliflower and other healthful foods in reasonable portions -- something she struggled with in the past. Her healthy habits even have trickled down to her father, whose cardiovascular health scare last year inspired her to try out for the show.

Shortly before winning the $250,000 grand prize, Allen renewed the lease on her Wheeling apartment for a year.

After that, it might be time for more change.

"I'm thinking warmer climates," she said. "The cold is a lot more difficult to bear without 100 pounds of insulation on you."

Selena Gomez and David Letterman Bond Over Making Justin Bieber Cry

Selena Gomez and David Letterman Bond Over Making Justin Bieber CryWhat do Selena Gomez and David Letterman have in common?

Apparently, they've both made Justin Bieber cry.

The Spring Breakers star appears on Monday night's Late Show to talk about her new movie, but the conversation at one point turns to Gomez's ex-boyfriend after Letterman asks her if she's dating anyone (the singer-actress replies that she's single).

Letterman then reminisces over the last time Bieber was on his show.

"He and I got into a conversation, and I – he said something and then I said something, and then he said something and I said something, and I made him cry," Letterman recalls.

Quips Gomez: "Well, then that makes two of us."

(Gomez and Letterman then fist-bump as the audience applauds.)

"That’s pretty good -- pretty strong," Letterman adds.

Bieber has had a rough month. The singer has been mocked for appearing shirtless in public by Olivia Wilde, caught throwinga fit when 14-year-old pal Jaden Smith wasn't allowed into a club, got flak for staring a London concert two hours late, fainted at another concert, lunged at the paparazzi after leaving the hospital and canceled a show in Portugal reportedly due to poor ticket sales.

Cuz you never shoulda woulda,
Even coulda been like me

Eye can get you what you want anything
At all girl all you gotta say is please
Ask ur mother ur sister ur brotha
There’ll never b another
Never b another like me

Late afternoon slipped outta my bed
Turned up the stereo
About 2 raise the dead
lipped in the bathroom
Put some olive oil in my hair
Walked in the closet
Tryin’ 2 find something 2 wear

Then I check my emale
2 c where the party b
Change the names 2 protect the guilty
And get ready 2 creep
Should eye bring somebody
Or dance alone?
It don’t matter 2 me u’all
Cuz 2nite is on

[Chorus]

Bout a half past ten and eye’m on my way
Heard you had a fine little puerto rican dj
If she ain’t got prince’s new song
There is gonna b a scene
Cuz eye can’t stand nobody cussin’
At me when I’m clean

Arms all around me
Soon as eye hit the door
Good thing I ate my spinach
U’re thicker than b4
Oh what’s this boy doing

Don’t he know eye have crazy friends with me
Ready 2 tear up this place?

[Chorus]

Can’t you c this is inevitable

All that takes is 4 you 2 make up ur mind
