Starting your exercising process by warming up to exercise your muscles to make them ready for the whole workout process is very important. You can either jump slowly in the trampoline or take a few walks around the trampoline to warm your muscles up. Also remember to move your legs and hands frequently in order to warm your joints up too. You can also decide to jog for some minutes in your trampoline before you begin the actual workout.
